Reproduces the LiteSpeed lazy-load pattern from thinksafeinsurance.com.
The iframe src is stored in data-lazy-src and only activated on first user interaction (touchstart, mouseover, keydown) — matching LiteSpeed's behavior. iFrameParent2.js is loaded async, so DOMContentLoaded fires before the script executes (the same condition that breaks the partner site).

To test: open on an iPhone, then touch/scroll the page to trigger the iframe load. This page must be served from a different origin than the rater for iOS ITP to apply.
